Modern universal enclosures feet with/without tilt legs.

METCASE has taken a fresh look at its accessories and has developed an all new range of universal enclosures feet for fitting to any metal or plastic enclosure.

One of the biggest challenges any designer faces is rebooting a classic: transforming a much-loved product into its next evolution.

New TECHNOFEET had a tough act to follow: the original CASE FEET are hugely popular.

Designers can specify CASE FEET for both METCASE instrument enclosures and other non-METCASE housings – their optional tilt legs make it easy to cant desktop units to the perfect viewing angle.

TECHNOFEET can also be specified with or without tilt legs – and we’re confident these great new feet will prove even more popular than the originals, thanks to their ergonomic round bodies.

Like CASE FEET, TECHNOFEET are very easy to fit. Just drill three holes and screw them into position with one self-tapping screw per foot.

TECHNOFEET are moulded from ABS (UL 94 HB). They are available in one size (ø30 x 12 mm) and three standard colours: anthracite (RAL 7016), light grey (RAL 7035) and black (RAL 9005).

Two kits are available. Kit 1 is supplied with four feet, four soft-touch TPE anti-skid pads and four self tapping screws. Kit 2 also includes two tilt legs for canting the enclosure. The standard screws are suitable for case wall thicknesses up to 3 mm. Longer screws can be supplied on request.

TECHNOFEET and CASE FEET are just two products in the METCASE accessories range. Others include 19” front panels, front panel handles and PCB guide rails and fixings.
